Absolutely delighted with my new home- I love everything about it. I had a fair few reservations when I contemplated buying a new build but the whole process was smooth and the few minor snags were fixed almost immediately, with no fuss at all. The quality of the build is great (confirmed by the professional snagger I engaged when I first moved in).

My lovely mother completed yesterday on her lovely house at Rotherby Manor! Five minutes walk from her grandchildren in the village! We are going through the purchase process, buying at Rotherby Manor. There were many places we considered but we are so happy we chose here. The feeling you get driving onto the site is wonderful, and the views are incredible. Jenny is an absolute dream, always wanting to get the best for us, keeping us in the loop with all development updates and always making us laugh when we visit. Paddy and Dave who take you to view your build are also wonderful. The build is incredible and we are so impressed. The amount of room we have for our property is amazing to say this is a new build and the house designs are all so beautiful across both streets. We can't wait to move in, we are SO pleased we chose to buy at Rotherby Manor.

We absolutely love our ‘Nene’ on the Northdale Park development (Raunds). The higher spec of build is definitely noticeable against some other developers. Bowbridge have always resolved any snagging issues within a good timely manner.

We absolutely love our home. So pleased we moved here - we have made lots of new friends and look forward to coming back home to our beautiful house even when we are on holiday.

I have been in my house for approx 8 months and I still absolutely love it. I was hesitant about buying a new-build but the quality is fantastic throughout.

I just wanted to say how pleased I am with the service, the house and Northdale estate. I'm really grateful for the way Donna looked after me during the buying and moving period. It eased what could have been a very stressful time. Her liaison with the solicitors and builders kept things moving and her input in helping me choose kitchen units, flooring and other extras was extremely useful, as there were so many things to think about and to decide.

The standard of finish on my house is better than I expected. I can tell a great deal of effort has gone into making not only a good quality structure, but also fittings and decoration. Even after the completion date, the builders have been courteous, helpful and very accommodating in making sure I was entirely happy with it and putting right minor little problems.

The layout of the estate is great. A lot of thought has been given to the ambiance. With so many green open spaces, trees/shrubs and more than average distances between houses, it doesn't feel like a brick/concrete jungle. I'm looking forward to seeing the whole estate finished. Again, thank you!

Donna Clorley (the sales agent at Northdale) was the most amazing person to deal with when buying our house, kind, friendly and so helpful - she is brilliant at her job. We love the house. The kitchen and master bedroom are lovely and big, hall and stairways nice and wide, and we love how the windows on the stairs let in a lot of light. The heating costs are quite economical but these houses are quite warm. We had a very small snag list but it was dealt with promptly.

We have lived in Husbands Bosworth for the last 5 years. The village has good access routes and great amenities so we were keen to stay in the village, but with a growing family needed something larger.

Bosworth Grange started completion at just the right time for our growing family. We chose the Hornbeam, buying off plan, primarily due to having 4 good sized bedrooms and the kitchen, dining, family room at the back of the house. With 2 of the bedrooms being a mirror of each other will save any fighting between our 2 boys over who has the bigger room. And so many 4 bedroom houses seem to have a single or box room that appears a token to make it 4 bedrooms. So having 4 rooms that can easily fit a double bed is refreshing.

Having spent the summer in the house, the full length windows in the kitchen/dining/family room have meant we can keep an eye on the boys playing in the garden whilst we cook, wash-up, or generally potter in the house. The garden is also a good size, particularly for a new build, which gives lots of space outside safe for children and dogs.

I was attracted to Bosworth Grange as it offered a unique combination of a fantastic rural location but easy access to Lutterworth and Market Harborough. I am delighted with the house itself particularly the kitchen living room which is airy and light. The garage and utility room give extra space that you don’t always get.

We were first attracted to the South Leicestershire area because of its ease of access to the M1, M6 and A14. We both travel a lot for work so Husbands Bosworth is perfectly located. Having visited every new housing development in South Leicestershire we finally decided on Bosworth Grange because the village is small enough to retain its village feel and sense of community but big enough to still offer a good range of amenities for a village. We love the countryside but don’t want to be too far away from the conveniences of the local towns. Husbands Bosworth is very convenient for both Lutterworth, Market Harborough and even Leicester isn’t too far away. We were drawn specifically to this development because of its size, having only 30 houses it is much smaller than most in the local area. The houses are all cleverly positioned as to not be overlooked which was our number one concern with many of the other larger developments being built in the region. The house itself offers all the comforts of modern living that we were seeking, we love the large bi-fold doors and the finish is excellent.

We recently purchased a property on the Bosworth Grange estate. We have friends in the village and been coming here for years. When we saw the opportunity to buy in the village we jumped at the chance. We purchased the Rowan house and we knew from the first visit it was the house we wanted. It had everything we were looking for especially the bifold doors at the back and the top floor being a bedroom with a walk in wardrobe and en suite. We’ve now been in for 2 months and we’re still as impressed as we were on first viewing.

We chose Husbands Bosworth as a semi rural location and having seen the location of Bosworth Grange and the quality of the building work we were immediately very interested. The overall size of our home appealed having three good bedrooms and large lounge also a kitchen/diner. There was also the must have detached garage which is a very decent size. The buying process was straight forward and sales advisors and site personnel have been extremely helpful.
